Meet the Team at Q23

We run lean and we make staying small a strategy

As a small family business, our company has always had limited resources in comparison to competitors with deeper pockets. But rather than a handicap, this fact has made us more judicious in our product choices. We may offer fewer items, but we work hard to ensure they are the right items. Our customers come to us knowing they will find what they really need and we have become known for being THE team to come to when a custom built website is required. We also keep our finances in check by developing those products correctly rather than in abundance.

Founder & Full Stack Developer

Andrew is our full stack developer and systems architect. A 30 year+ veteran of the computer industry, providing services for major blue chip clients such as IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

He wears the many hats of Project Manager, Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS), Back-End Developer (PHP/MySQL/jQuery/AJAX) and Technical Consultant.

Alison is our digital designer, web designer and front-end developer. With a theoretical and practical 'real world' understanding of website usability, Alison brings a broad ranging skill set to any web based project.

Alison has worked with some big names on the Costa del Sol, USA and Australia having designed and implemented several of the top Real Estate websites.

Eleanor Makin
Eleanor Makin

Small Business Web Design

Eleanor's focus is on building low cost budget websites for small businesses using QRES CMS. She also manages client Social Media accounts and content writing in English and Spanish.

Eleanor also writes monthly articles for a directory magazine in the Axarquia region on the importance of good web design and is currently studying Media Marketing on an open learning course.
